Full Moon

PB Pier.
Another crazy tide affected early morning sessions on Saturday morning. Over-head surf was consistent but I felt the effects of the pushing tide on many take-offs. There was almost a side-way pull interfering with each drop. Waves were already crashing against the cliffs on my way down the trail. I didn't surf well and I guess the yoga class I took the evening before made me kind of tired. I paddled in after an hour in order to climb up the cliffs without being splattered against the rocks by the incoming surge! This was another great swell hitting San Diego during the weekend. Despite the tide, no complaints at all!
